Privacy Policy
This policy describes how trelob studio (“we,” “us”) handles information in the Sudoku app for iPhone and iPad. The app is built to work offline. We do not run ads, we do not sell in-app purchases, and we do not operate user accounts.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The app does not request your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or tracking identifiers. It does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or social SDKs.
We do not:
- Create an account or require you to sign in
- Send puzzle progress, scores, or settings to a server
- Use IDFA, SKAdNetwork, cookies, or similar tracking
- Sell, share, or rent personal information
Information stored on your device
To let you continue a game and remember preferences, Sudoku stores data only on your device. That may include:
- In-progress and recently completed puzzles
- Best times and solve counts by difficulty
- Settings such as language, sound, Number First, and which difficulties you show
This data never leaves the device through our app. Deleting the app removes it. We cannot recover it for you.
Internet access
Gameplay, hints, and the built-in puzzle library work without a network connection. The app is not designed to contact our servers.
Children
Sudoku is a puzzle game suitable for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Your privacy rights
Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. If you use the app in California or another U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define those terms.
You can remove local app data at any time by deleting Sudoku from your device, or by using iOS settings to offload or reset the app.
Third parties
If you download Sudoku from the App Store, Apple’s privacy policy applies to that download and to any information Apple collects as the store operator. We do not receive a copy of your Apple Account details from gameplay.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
